What is Induction Cooking?
Induction cooking heats a cooking vessel (e.g. pot/pan) by magnetic induction, instead of by thermal conduction from a flame or an electrical heating element. Induction heating directly heats the vessel, therefore very rapid increases in temperature can be achieved.
A SAFE COOL COOKTOP
The Salini Induction Cooktop doesn’t feel hot when you touch it because the heat is only generated when there’s a cooking vessel in magnetic contact. This means no more burnt fingers or worrying about small children touching flames.
NO WASTED HEAT
The only thing that gets hot is the cooking vessel. If the cooking vessel is only resting on a small section of the burner, only that part cooks.
INSTANT HEAT ADJUSTMENT
No more waiting for the temperature to climb or drop. If you’re serious about cooking, you’ll also love that you can adjust the heat to exact increments.
THE SOLUTION FOR SHORT CUSTOM OR WHEELCHAIR ACCESS KITCHENS
You’d typically need a 2 inch space on the vertical to install the Salini Induction Cooktop in your kitchen bench. This makes it perfect for people who require a lower height or wheelchair access kitchen because the cooktop doesn’t take up as much room underneath as a regular cooktop.
